Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling

All Domestic orders placed between Monday – Friday are subject to a 24 - 48 hour processing time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday (excluding Holidays). International Shipping is currently unavailable.

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier.

Failed Delivery/Return to Sender

If your package can not be delivered due to the given incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

If the receiver is absent for all delivery attempts, the package may be held at the local shipping company's center for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package may be returned to us at the customer's expense.

Damaged/Opened Packaging

If you receive your package and it is damaged or opened, Please take a photo before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim to the carrier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at support@jwestenterprises.com. Kindly save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for damaged/missing items caused by the carrier.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, customs duty, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to J. West Enterprises, registered at Hilton Tower, Sherepunjab, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093, Maharashtra, India.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within the first 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is the first day on which You placed the Order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.​

Non-Returnable

All Goods supplied by Us are non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the Goods.

However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement as applicable. You can email us at support@jwestenterprises.com. Please include your invoice number and a photo of the damaged item.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement.​

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods are in new/unused condition

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized/customized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be returned. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
